I had a focus group thing in the morning then some training in the afternoon. Going home on the train, it was heaving with people and insanely sardine-esque! I thought I'd be clever and cut across around the back way but it was dark and I didn't see a little step and I went kersplat! Fell over and scrapped my hand- ow! Haven't done that for years!
I do find that when I'm running on very little sleep that things can go awry. Self care is so important and something as simple as a good night's sleep can make the world of difference- offering clarity, the body the ability to heal itself and so much more.
In this day and age where everything is 24/7 we mustn't forget the basics of good food and good rest! Make sure you are on top physical and mental form and then you can offer the world the best of yourself from a place of strength.
