We kept on being asked how it made us feel (a lot!). And so it is glaringly obvious that how things make us feel is pivotal to what inspires our (consumer) behaviour.
How we feel is everything and we should really being pay more attention to our emotions. When we are stable, then our behaviour tends to be more positively inspired. When we are out of whack, then we can do things which are a bit crazy.
