I wanted to have a look at this further so I Googled which was better- fresh or frozen vegetables. And it made me laugh that the first two articles said the opposite to each other!
Frozen was meant to be good because it locks in all the vitamins straight away. But obviously the other article says fresh was better because you get the most nutrients!
Abe says something along the lines of 'we're surprised you can find anything to eat! You've made a case against every type of food!' And a bit of research online can easily back that up!
It's a bit of a minefield out there! I believe that you have to do your own research, testing and ultimately decide what works for you. No one has your exact biological make up, no one has your exact body, so they can't know each and every time what's best for you.
And you have to be in the right place to receive the information. I spoke to a nutritionist a while ago and he didn't tell me anything majorly new but the way he phrased it really resonated with me and helped me work out what was best for me.
So give it a go and have fun with it!
All is well!!!
Happy frozen-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
