One of Abe's things is to get into alignment and then go out into the world. This is quite a valuable tool for doing things which you may not be looking forward to.
I was dreading a phone call with some people I had to do stuff with and had put it off for a few days, but I needed to get a move on.
I decided to do my morning meditation and then make the call. So I did about 10-15 minutes of relaxation, then after I called them, and it was easy and pie. All sorted within a couple of minutes!
I was surprised how quickly and efficient it all was- pure ease and flow. I get what Abe mean when they say 'get in the Vortex and then...'
Work from a place of alignment and then go out into the world. When you do this, it flows!
When you're not in a good space try not to force things. Instead do some meditations, appreciations, anything to get into a good mental space.
All is well!!!
