Whilst we live in a very interesting age with all the tech distractions at our fingertips. One benefit is the ability to connect with loved ones across the world pretty much for free and instantly. Use this to your advantage. Seek out good people and become each other's support. When you're up you can lift them, when you're down, they can lift you and vice versa!
It's wonderful to be with self and it can be easier sometimes, but it's also great to connect with others. Co creation is wonderful when everything comes together in perfect alignment.
