Happy new year!!! How freaking exciting!!! Welcome to my brand new site! And my very first blog entry!
After many years, my dreams have become a reality and I have managed to create my own website. I have tried to make it as accessible as possible to anyone wanting to learn about this amazing life changing material. There are NO EXCUSES! ;o) There's text, information, youtube videos, meditation programmes- this list goes on. All it needs is for you to take the time to work through the material in whichever way is most enjoyable for you. But one thing I know for sure- if you take the time to change your mindset, you can change your life. I have seen this time and time again across the world, year after year.
I wanted to create a site where you could learn as much as you possibly could. When I first started my journey into this work, I remember reading and watching videos and copying and pasting articles in an effort to learn. I hope to have taken most of the hard work out of it by posting as much information as I can in one spot.
I intend to update this regularly- if it's a short or more lengthy article, do check back regularly- I'm so pleased to have somewhere I can document my musings! Enjoy.
