We always encourage you to start making positive changes in your life, but what better time to do it than now! A fresh start, a fresh year, a fresh way to instigate change.
In the grand scheme of things, a new year doesn't really mean anything, but it does present a nice psychological place to start.
To release 2017 and the past and to focus on what you want to create for the coming year is a great thing to do.
All it takes is conscious commitment. And that's important because being aware is half the battle. If you're not even checking your feelings or beliefs you can't change them!
And the thing is, it doesn't take any extra time as such, to change your mind round. It does require mental effort but it's not even like a physical exercise routine where you have to go to a gym etc.
Instead, you can change where you stand for the positive, now!
You can also start a mental exercise programme. Carve out time to focus on positive things- make a list of appreciation first thing in the morning, meditate, visualise your dream goals etc. An excellent way to start and/or end the day.
Just commit to do something to get yourself in a better frame of mind.
