Having an accountability buddy or buddies really can take you to the next level. Having someone simply just to check in and ask if you've done what you said you would, or better yet, the thing you both agreed to do, that takes your level of commitment up a notch!

I'm all for doing things by self, for self, with self, but there is something wonderful about co creation with another- if just as a good reminder if you forget!

So give it a go, find a supportive friend in person or online and see what's possible!
