The magnificent Sandra Oh was talking about instigating change and how the huge structure takes time to reflect what you want and see inside and for yourself. It’s just suffering she says, it’s like having a bad boyfriend- why wait for him to text you when he really doesn’t want to. Just go out with your girlfriends and on your own and just have a good time.

Let go of the dependence for the change to happen outside of yourself. Instead, live the change that you want to be. Affect those around you on whatever scale you can, be what you want to see in the world. You’ll affect those by inspiring those nearby and they’ll love you to see thrive and joyous because they will adore that energy!
