It was quite funny, I was searching for a file on the computer and I just couldn't see it- I wasn't even sure if it existed, so I gave up.

But someone said something that indicated that it was definitely there and minutes later after I found it! What I thought was interesting about it was that when I wasn't sure if it was there, I couldn't see it. But as soon as I knew it definitely was there, it only took me moments to find.

I guess it's a shift of vibration and mental expectation. When I knew it was there, it was just a matter of honing in on it, whereas when I wasn't sure, my expectation wasn't a match to finding it.

You can take this for anything in life. If you expect to do well, succeed and expect good things from people, then you'll find it. If you expect the worst, think everyone is out to get you, then you'll look for this.

Change your expectations, beliefs and knowingness to support you and your life. We want you to feel good and do your best to enjoy your experiences. That's what life is about!
