But that isn't what I believe positive thinking to be! For me, it means that wherever you stand, you can think and feel a little bit better. So if you're feeling depressed or angry, you can reach for something just a little bit further up the emotional scale. That you can acknowledge exactly where you are and then make a conscious decision to try as many things to help you feel better.
And when you do, then you're living a more inspired life. We are not telling you to ignore your empty tank of petrol in your car, or to stick a happy face sticker over the sadness. It's just to be ok with where you are and moving to better thinking and feeling things.
To be real with who you are and where you are, is to be authentic and be great. That is fantastic living and that's life for ya!
