What I love about the groups is seeing the kindness, connection and unconditional love and support that the members have towards each other.

It’s such a wonderful, refreshing atmosphere to see a group of strangers reach out and reassure each other that everything’s going to be ok. That there is light at the end of the tunnel and that there are tools, techniques and things out there which can help.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve been through, we’ve all been there in some shape or form and it’s the advice and support that helps us all through it.

It really is amazing and heart warming to see!
