Me being me, introvert and all, I definitely feel and think things more intensively than Joe Average. And for this reason I need to incorporate some time to allow things to settle.
And more often than not, when things have calmed down internally, not only am I feeling more relaxed, but almost inevitably, manifestations flow into my life.
This is probably because in the tension and tightness, it holds me in Step 1 (the mode of asking) whereas when I'm letting go, allowing and flowing, I'm in Step 3- that of receptivity.
Meditation and distraction are two wildly important tools to have in your ammo kit of upliftment. Meditation is handy for taking yourself to a state of nothingness, to trust and allow your vibration to rise and clear your mind and rest your body.
Distraction can be exhilarating or relaxing, whatever it takes for you to be able to withdraw your attention from what is not working. This can be anything from dancing, to a movie, meeting friends, going on holiday, something which- does what it says on the tin- distracts you.
Work to feel more ease and trust in your life.
