It’s very easy to get caught up in what you don’t want, or what’s wrong with your now. And whilst that’s good for your Step 1, it’s not so great for your Step 3- the mode of allowing your goodness in.
Use your time wisely. Direct your thoughts and feelings to things which feel good, try to wallow and complain less and see what goodness you can emote and therefore manifest!
