Loneliness is a real thing, especially in this day and age where it's easy to feel really isolated. Technology can connect us in seconds to someone across the world but can also exacerbate the feeling of not being good enough.
Especially with all the social media of images being shoved down your throat of someone else 'living their best life.'
There is something magical about being with other people face to face. You might be nervous or scared to initiate a friendship but just give it a go- it's worth it!
