Someone may say or do something and so you interpret that action or word in whatever way you tell your life story, projecting your own view on it. However, it might not be the truth.
For example, a friend might disappeared from your Facebook thing (I can't even imagine how many arguments or insecurities that's activated across the globe!).
If you have abandonment or insecurity stuff, your first instincts may have you thinking they have dislike you and therefore blocked you (which might be the truth). It then activated a flood of negative thoughts! But it could be the case that person is having a break from social media, might have left Facebook completely etc etc
And so, it may not have anything to do with you, but you've been projecting your doubts on it. That's why we can learn so much about ourselves through the reactions we have. It mirrors back to us what we believe, as we place our story on top the situation.
The key is to react in a better, more mature feeling way- because it serves us so much more!
All is well!!!
Happy project-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
