It's really easy to get pulled in various directions between family, friends, partners, colleagues etc and they all want something different from you (or not at all!). The thing is not to get sucked into their stuff. You have to be selfish enough to want to feel good and take care of yourself.

People are fickle, so you constantly be giving of yourself to their demands but be sure not to exhaust yourself.

When you take care of you, you're in a good mindset, have good health, have a happy spirit and that's that sorted!

Your connection to Source and your relationship between you and you is the pinnacle of beingness. Everything and everyone is just a point of focus to allow life to flow through you.

Don't blame anyone else for your sadness, don't put your happiness on anyone, it's all about you and you!
