I was watching a friend's kid playing about and trying out various things. Anything he wasn't sure of he stayed away from, but if it interested him, he would tentatively have a look at it, make sure it was safe, then come closer. Had any of us tried to shove him along or if we have pushed the toys onto him, then he would've resisted back.
And to a strong degree that's how we should run our lives! Take things slowly that we are not sure of, making sure the coast is clear and we are feeling happy moving forward with our decisions. Working from that place of inspiration and less so from forced motivation.
Things would flow much easier if we get the energy aligned up before we rush ahead. This isn't always possible but this would help things go smoothly.
Sometimes there are times I will just push through with a decision for reasons other than I feel inspired and most of the time I can see why it didn't feel right!
So tune into how you feel and try to feel more comfortable about as many decisions you have to make. Then things should flow much better!
