Limit your time on the news! This could possibly be the one and only top tip. Sure- dip in and out to keep up to date with what's what, but for your own mental health do NOT get sucked in- there's an incredible fear out there which could drive you mad. And it's sooo easy to jump from one terror story to another.
For your own mental sanity, it's really important to keep your mind sharp and clear and on positive things which uplift you. You have the choice of where to put your focus make sure it's on good feeling things!
