One exercise which is wonderful to do, is to list all your achievements- it could be this year or just in your life. And write the resources you needed to get there. This not only examines all the good you've done but also, the other stuff that went into getting there.
It's really easy to forget how amazing we are and how much we bring to the table. It's all part and parcel of the magnificence that is self. Appreciation of who you are is the most important thing ever. We can be far too hard on ourselves and what we miss is how fundamental loving us is!
