Having examined various ways of improving one's life: LOA (Law Of Attraction), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and countless others. It really strikes me that ultimately they are all the same!
At the core, they are just reaching for a better feeling, more positive mindset. That's what it is. And that's what it should be all about.
As Louise Hay said 'If you can change your thinking, you can change your life!' If nothing else but because you are with you 24/7 and if you're a misery to be with, then you'll drive yourself up the wall!
Having a strong positive mindset and good feeling emotional basis will set you up for so much goodness. That's not to say that you have to be happy chappy all the time, but that you have the self awareness to recognise when you're going off track and more importantly, you have the tools to deal with it!
Life is just an experience. That's it! So ease up on yourself!
