Hans Zimmer was saying how much his musicians practise in one of his spiels during his set. Tina Guo (cellist extraordinaire!) has been playing 8 hours a day since she was a child.
The focus was on the word 'play' and how they've made playing a career for themselves (and I would imagine very well as he's a net worth of apparently $90 million!).
Especially in the times we live, he suggest we make play more of a focus in our lives. It can all get so serious, and so play more dear ones!
And that is what we believe is the goal of life- joy, fun, appreciation, love and all that good stuff!
It's really easy to get stuck in day to day business of life, but we must remember to just chill a bit. Not only does it do the soul and mind good, it also does the vibration amazing things, allowing the Universe to bring you more good stuff! Give it a try!
