Make some general wishes and let it go!!! Xxx

I was in my workshop with my wonderful Louise Hay buddies and one of the exercises I did was the Post It note exercise- write down a few wishes and then speak about them as positively as you can to other people.

Well blow me down- within the hour one of them came true. I kept it nice and general- to hear from someone I hadn't heard from in a while, I didn't care who or what came of it, just to know that someone's thinking about you is a nice thing!

I also won £1 on a lotto card I bought, maybe I should've pushed for a bit more haha.

But it was stunning reminder of the power of intention, letting go and no resistance. The Universe can deliver things to you with such speed when the circumstances are right, it's mind blowing.

All is well!!!
