I say try a different type of giving over the coming days. If you're someone who is always giving, giving, giving to others, then make an extra effort to give to yourself. We can sometimes be at the bottom of our priority list, when we should be at the top! Or, if you're someone who leans towards receving more, then make an effort to give to someone who may benefit. A kind word, a gift, a smile- whatever you can offer, just do it and feel that warmth of connection.
Above all, keep a clear, calm head in this potentially manic season.
