Anyhoo, he was working with people with back problems who took tons and tons of pills for their back. He managed to get them exercising and stretching and kung fu and as they worked it, they became stronger and able to go without the drugs!
Watching their withdrawal symptoms was akin to seeing someone come off negative thought. It's painful and you have to be really conscious otherwise it will suck you back in as that is what you're used to and comfortable with.
It takes dedication and constant monitoring of self to work to be positive and good feeling. Especially if you've spent years in default negative thinking (the same as being hooked on meds). Change isn't easy but it's definitely worth it in the long term! Try it!
All is well!!!
Happy meds-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
