A few points we covered:
- Switch your attention to your preferred outcome. Whenever you're in a situation that's not going how you would like, instead of focusing on what's wrong and what isn't working, simply switch it to what you would want. So don't focus on being late or ill, see yourself being early and in wellness. It's small but powerful!
- Gratitude and appreciation are the key! Whether it's the small or big things it doesn't matter. All that matters is you're feeling good. As you focus more on what you like in life you can draw more of the good to you!
- Follow your gut instinct! Your inner being, gut feeling- whatever you want to call it knows best for you. It's your higher self communicating with your human self full of guidance of what's best for you. Tune in and see how things play out!
