A few points:
- Depression is like walking through life backwards. It can be a vicious cycle of worrying about stuff and focusing on the negative and then worrying about stuff and so forth. Metaphorically it's like you're turning your back on the future and staying stuck. Instead of looking forward as to the excitingness that could be, you're ignoring that and seeing what went wrong and all that came with that. If you can put your thoughts onto a brighter light, then things like anxiety, panic attacks, OCD can hugely subside!
- Relax, all is well! I'm sure this is a message that we would tell ourselves as a child and now! But if you could really chill out and be as relaxed and loving to yourself as possible, then not only would you feel infinitely better, the stuff around you would be a magical reflection of that and your goodies would flow in!
- When you really want something, try to let it go. Like the proverbial toilet text (when you're waiting for a text and it suddenly appears when you go to the toilet!), if you can remove your resistance towards a subject, then you can let your vibration rise to new heights. You can tell how much resistance you have by your gut feeling, if it's feeling heavy and sick, it's an indication there's a decent amount of resistance. If you can reach for relief, that breath of ease, then that's when the magic starts to happen!
- The power of love and relationships! Whether it's your relationship with family, friends, work peoples or above all yourself, it's important to send them all love! You can here for the co creation and to mix it up. Finding the balance between give and take is a fine art and a lifetime's worth of work!
