Well, after my 7 odd hour flight, a taxi ride to my AirBnB, it was off to the venue to setup! As always the buzz of the group and being with other positive people carried me through and buzzed me- because I was teaching the equivalent of 11pm-2am UK time!
It was so lovely to be with a load of advanced Abers and some newbies. Really leading edge and so good to connect with amazing people.
We opened with the all important meditations. Then moved onto goal setting- what do we want for the evening and life. Speaking of what you want will get you there infinitely faster than focusing on what you don't want. And what better way to do it then with other supportive people?!
We watched the clip of Oprah and Jim Carey talking about he wrote a magical cheque, set the intention and worked towards it. Some years later he got $10million for acting services rendered!
We then started on the good old list of positive aspects! Focusing on a subject or person or place or thing, writing as many things that feel good about it, shifting your vibration so you're vibing high and enjoying life!
A wonderful closing from Oprah and meditation to Hans Zimmer to finish it off.
But the magic didn't stop there... A quick trip to Whole Foods then popped into a local bar and ended up chatting with the most wonderful young chap about generalness and nothing in particular for the best part of 3 hours! Life doesn't get much better than this- connecting with strangers and all that good stuff!
Some food and bed cos I've been up for virtually 24 hours!!! I just loved all the magical synchronicities and signs already. And I'm not even a day here yet.
All is well!!!
