Positive thinking can literally save your life!!! Person overboard!!! Xxx

I was reading an article on how survive if you go overboard on a cruise ship. It says you should go with the flow and not struggle, once your body has adjusted to the temperature, you stand a far better changes of surviving.

Anyways, swiftly moving on. One of the last and most surprising to me pieces of advice was to keep a strong, good mindset. Tipton writes ‘It is essential to understand that you must drive yourself to adopt a positive attitude, and not simply surrender to despair.’

The will to survive will keep you alive, if you so desire. It’s what gives the mother super strength when her child is in danger. It’s that lazer focus when things go crazy that life pulls through us.
