There probably hasn't been a time in recent history where you can truly be still, rest and go inwards. With none of our usual distractions- shows, transport etc, there's less rush rush for most of us. Let your mind and body relax. If like me, you've always been go go go, then now is the perfect time to be still and chillout! Let your body and not your schedule dictate when you rest.
