She said 'Self hatred is only hating a thought you think about yourself.' Wow! What an interesting concept and really quite true when you break it down.
Self dislike is only being faced with a bogus belief about some aspect of you that you don't like. And all a belief is, is a thought you keep thinking. And a thought can be changed!
Whilst self dislike does feel huge, it is just viewing yourself in a negative way. And the reason it feels so bad is that it is completely contrary to who you really are- your inner being, knows how loved and perfect you are, so when you're focused other than that, you fee bad. That's your guidance kicking in!
Try if possible just to find the little things in you, or anything that you appreciate. As you practise this, it'll get easier and your vibration will rise. Just be easy about it!!!
