On the way back from the show I was speaking to my sister and her friend starred in Bollywood Dreams- another popular Andrew Lloyd Webber musical of days gone by. Anyhoo, her friend told her that the cast had to rehearse practically every day!
Now, for these professional shows, some of the actors have been doing the same songs and roles day in day out for quite literally decades. Yet, there is always a need to rehearse, to fine tune and improve upon what is already great!
In Justin Timberlake's Masterclass with Oprah, I believe someone came up to him saying something along the lines of 'I don't like you! You make it all look so easy!' Justin responded that his performance was quite literally the hardest thing for him but it was with all the hours of practise that when he hits the stage he can perform so smoothly.
Same premise with consciousness and spirituality. Esther did/does tons of focus wheels everyday, Louise Hay starts her morning with appreciation, good food and downtime allowing her to pre pave the day as she wants it to be, Susan Jeffers when she was alive, had a programme of audio tapes, affirmations and a plethora of tools to keep her positive.
There is no secret to success other than to keep working on it. And trust somehow, somewhere it will tip in your favour. Do your best to keep the faith, try new things and when you look back and connect the dots. You'll be like 'Ah, bloody hell I've come far!!!'
Keep up the great work dear ones! And keep believing in yourself!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
