Sometimes, it's also things you might want to lean into and try to overcome. You might have a fear of conflict, or public speaking, neither or which are inherently bad things but the underlying reason for that terror may not be warranted.
So gently does it, take baby steps towards it and then you'll probably realise that it ain't so bad after all and then the fear loses it's power and you can move forward in love and strength!
