When I sat further back, it doesn't look as scary, the performers are doing their thang and I'm loving it. It was only when I see the show sat a few rows back from the front I appreciate how scary it is! The heights that they work from are tremendous. I actually felt a wee bit of vertigo whilst sat in my chair watching them fly about many feet in the air!
The same can be said of a problem or issue that you may have going on. Up close and personal it can feel quite scary and overwhelming, but if you can mentally or physically distance yourself from it, then it doesn't necessarily look as bad.
When you're in the midst of a problem, it's hard to see the wood from the trees as you're just so swamped under, if you can allow some space, it can really help. That's why it's usually easier for someone to offer a clearer solution on an issue and vice versa- just make sure you're speaking to those who support and uplift you when you're seeking out advice.
So just take a breather, chill out a bit and then address whatever it is you need to.
All is well!!!
Happy back-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
