And unless you’re in threatening circumstances, then typically there’s nothing fearful or dangerous right in the now. Fear and stress usually is about what you think went wrong or what you believe could go wrong. But right here, right now, it’s all ok! In fact it can be better than ok, it’s all really good, you just have to tune yourself into appreciation of it.
