Listening to my friends talk to their kids, it's funny how similar it is to communicating with the Universe. We can use the phrase 'stop doing that!' Or 'don't do that' but for a young child, it doesn't show them what to do and it leaves them not knowing what to do instead.
Similarly to the Universe, we sometimes keep perpetuating what we don't want, simply by focusing on that, instead of looking to what we do want. It's a small but potent shift in mindset but it's important to change your view to what you're wanting.
When you're looking to what you don't want, you're focus is on the unwanted, hence the Universe can only bring you that because that is what you're emanating. The trick is to, as quickly as possible, realise what you don't want, and then look to what you would prefer.
And as you do that more, things must change and you'll be brought all the goodies in your vibrational escrow.
