Thank you for a rocking evening BIRMINGHAM!!! What a lovely room full of leading edge co creators! An uplifting evening as always!!! Love you guys!!! Xxx
Tonight we did the Post It Process.
This is fun, simple but powerful technique. A great one for both beginners and more experienced alike.
What you do is get a post it and on it, write 2-3 things you'd like. They can big or smal things you wantl, it's up to you. You can then stick this in view where you see it regularly or you can tuck it away out of view (whichever feels good to you).
What it does, is activate that which you would like to happen. As it's quick and light, there is minimal resistance to it. And moreover- it's just plain FUN!
Whether it happens or not is irrelevant. But it teaches you a basic skill of creating- focusing on what you so purely and without resistance.
The worksheet I gave out was lists of appreciation- as you focus on what you appreciate, you feel good and draw more good things towards you. It's that simple!
The other side of the sheet featured a list of what you achieved in Jan and what would you like to achieve in March. A review and focusing tool- to say 'well done!' And you've done so well!
On a side note there was a beautiful couple who came along. He called her 'My queen' and she called him 'her king.' I thought that was so magnificently beautiful!!! I want to be a king (or queen! Haha!)
Today (with any brilliance friend- Sanjay) I watched a movie called Project Almanac- a good movie (although I could've done without the constant motion sickness handy cam filming lol!) and they created a time machine. They also asked themselves what would they want to do before the world ends.
I asked myself- would I go back in time? And whilst a part of me thinks- yes, because I could do this and do that (and also decide definitely not to do some things). I'm not sure I would want to!
Whilst there have been things I have loved and things I haven't, in hindsight, they all have made me who I am today.
Both the 'struggles' and 'successes' have made you the perfect being that is you. There is no one else like you, nor has there ever been or will be. You are unique and perfect unto the Universe.
So enjoy your time in this physical existence whilst you are here. There is no shortage, only your perception.
Chill out and know your greatness. All is well with you, it always has and always will be.
Happy time-being! All my love, Nick Xxx
