Yayyyyy!!! Brighton you rock!!! Thank you all for a brilliance evening!!!
I worked you guys hard- as I'm not able to get to Brighton on a monthly basis, I wanted to do a hybrid evening meet and a full workshop. So you guys had like 6 hour workshop in an evening!!!
I give you a plethora of exercises and techniques for you to try and see what works for you. All with the ulterior motive of feeling good/better- that is the goal! Just to try and get a subject which is a little 'sticky' for you and work it into a better feeling place. This is ultimate power! Now you're on the level of mastery. If your life's mission became to get every subject that you don't feel great about, and to work it into a better place. HOLY CARP! You would be completely unstoppable!
But just start easy and slow. Bit by bit, trying to be a wee bit more conscious about where you're vibrating and how you're feeling.
All is well, you are perfect exactly as you are. Any changes are just those you choose to implement- choice being the operative word here!
On a side note... If you've been seeing any kind of media you'll have noticed Madonna's Brit Awards mishap. If you didn't, then what basically happened was that she didn't manage to get her cape costume off and got dragged down the stairs onstage and fell on her bootay!!!
But shit happens! People fall over, things get broken, stuff gets lost! We are all perfectly human, experiencing contrast. But like the luckness I have been talking about the past few blogs- it's how you react to it that will determine your experience and what consequently comes to you.
Dust yourself off. If possible, try to see the best in the situation and boogie on!
Incidentally Madonna's song has rocketed to number 1 on iTunes. So I guess the old adage rings true- 'there is no such thing as bad press!'
Happy dusting yourself off!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx
