Thank you everyone who attended our summer special abundance workshop! It was sooo good to lift our vibration with regards to money and abundance, clearing up old beliefs and making the way for the new!
We began by looking at our beliefs about money and which ones we would: marry (keep), date (modify slightly) and ditch (change completely!).
After we had done the work, we went round the room and stated a belief that we would marry:
I am deserving of the abundance of the universe
I can be rich and keep my integrity and authenticity
Money is free flowing
I am respectful of money and what it can bring to me
Money is all around me, I know I'll find money
I am of worthy of having money as anyone else
Abundance flows continuously
I can be successful in my business and I'm a good teacher
I am always able to save
I am open to abundance
Nina covered habits and neuroplasticity. Everything is up for change, you don't have to be stuck in your old ways just because that's what you've done before!
A wonderful overview of 30 days to a new habit:
Day 1-10 'Impossible' - This is the 'OMG, I can't do it!' phase, where you don't wish to do anything or you don't think you can do it! If you can start to move through this feeling, you can start to reprogram the mind and the body! This is where lots give up, for example New Year's Resolutions ha!
Day 11-20 Uncomfortable - It's the middle phase whereby you're starting to form a habit and carving out the new neural pathways.
Day 21-30 Unstoppable - This is 'Yeah, I can do it!' Your pattern will be carved out and things will be start to be more natural for you.
She then got everyone to fill in magical Universe cheques and then describe how they would be spent! Fun, fun, fun!
Kristina spoke about how to create positive expectation. She spoke about her experiences with pre paving- she saw it unfolding perfectly, who she was going to call, who she was going to text- involve all the senses to create and feel what it would be like for things to turn out as you want it to be! She then asked to list all the things we love about ourselves, about others, what we've manifested and what we enjoy doing.
Be light about it all! Things are always working out for you in the most perfect of ways!
