A huge thank you for tonight London. It was our one hundredth meeting and what a powerful night as always. We only continue because of the love, support, commitment, passion and willingness to learn share and improve! So I thank y'all from the bottom of my heart, I really do!
A few points from the evening:
- Surrender and let go. You're not letting go of the desire but the resistance and struggle behind the desire. That is really important to note- what you want has been created and sorted out vibrationally, what you really want is to feel good and be good. If you can be happy without the desire, then you're really flowing! And then it's more likely to come!
- It doesn't matter if you're the richest or poorest person in the world, what matters is that you're enjoying the experience and life. You could have everything in the world or nothing, you can miserable or you can be happy- the choice is up to you and the external circumstances needn't change a jot. It all lies within!
- Do things which you enjoy and take care of yourself for no other reason than you feel good and it feeds your soul! When you're full it helps you give the best of you to those around you! It's really that easy- in theory. If Oprah has the time to take a bath everyday, then you can do something for you! You're more than worth it!
