Here are a few pointers from the evening:

- Request some 'Wow' moments from the Universe. Keep it general but ask the Universe to deliver some moments which just make you go wow and take your breath away. You'll be shocked and awed by how the Universe can deliver you this request.

- You can change your reaction! Just because something has knocked you down in the past, does not mean it has to again. You have the power to change! You can choose another reaction to life.

- There is no death. Or at least believe so, it's just a transition from one state to the next. There's no need to be scared, just trust that we we eternal and this is just an experience.
