So dear Lord, I arrive at my Manchester venue today to do my group. Happy as Larry in a lamppost factory. Then probably one of my worst (or one of my worst!) group nightmares happens- MY BOOKING IS NOT ON THE BOARD!!! All the rooms look quite booked up, so I'm having a mini conniption, whilst simultaneously trying to come up with Plan B, whilst simultaneously keeping calm and knowing that it'll be ok, even if I have to cancel and whatnot!
It's always a reliable and wonderful staff who do the bookings here and I plan my shizzle up to a year in advance so I do my best to keep calm and well beinged.
Thanksfully the staff have an available spare room which is much larger so I can breathe, by which point I'm like 'You know what, I'll take any room you have!' Lol.
And YES!!! Things are always working out for you. The room was packed full and if I had my usual smaller room it would've probably been too hot and stuffy. So lesson is- just trust and whatever will be, will be. You will handle it!
Anyhoo, enough of my mis-adventures...
It is so wildly satisfying for me to hear members come back and say 'I've just had the most incredible month, since the last Meetup!' I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
Some key points:
Feeling better is the work. Everyone wants something because they think they'll feel better in the having of it. If you can feel better first then life goes more flowy for ya.
I am where I am and that's alright!!! Everyone is human, so when things go funky, just take a breath, be easy about it and know that it will pass. Just chill! It'll be fine.
Daily practise- there ain't nothing like it! If you can keep going with some sort of regular routine to keep the positivity going then it will serve you greatly- even just a small book of gratitude is a fab start.
How time flies, last two Manchester groups of 2015 in August and September- it would be lovely to end the year with you Manchester. See you soon!!!
Keep up the good work!!! All is truly well.
Happy (Mis)-adventure-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Daily practice that helps me maintain alignment is to remember that "I am safe and all is well. This too shall pass".
