Some points from tonight:
- All you have is the now! Take a look around you, what you have is what you have around you which is now! So enjoy what you have because it's easy to get caught up in the worries of the future or regrets of the past. Take a breath and draw yourself into the now! It's as good as you can make it!
- The power of the mind- if it created the crap, then it can create the good! I love learning new nuggets from my group members! One of the scientists thought to himself- well if I made myself ill, then I can make myself better. So with the power of the mind, he was able to make himself well. If you created the 'bad' stuff, then you can create the goodness!
- If you keep at it, you can rewire the brain! It just takes practise! Each time you learn something new, your brain setups new neural pathways. The more you do something, the stronger these get, which in turn leads to a practised habit. So just keep practising.
