As always, a huge wonderful thanks to the brilliant beings who came along to Liverpool! The energy, leading edge thought was just phenomenal! Love you all so much! A few points of wisdom:

- Shower thinking! Instead of worrying about the day ahead or just gone whilst showering. Use it as time to indulge in your creative visualisation! See things unfolding exactly as you would like them to. That’s a great use of your time.

- Shut the negative people out! You have your own path, your own rhythm and life to lead. Whether it’s naysayers or comparisons, it matters not. Just focus on what you want to achieve and don’t judge yourself by other people’s standards!

- Time and age are all an illusion. Whether you’re 20 years old or 50 years old matters not. Whether you’ve achieved a million things, or nothing matters not. There’s not some overlord keeping score. This life is just an experience. Just do your best, follow your guidance and see what happens!
