- Just feel a little bit better! You don’t have to feel the best you’ve ever felt, just incrementally better. That’s the key to it all!
- Meditation is good for the soul! To just sit and breathe and let all the stresses and worries melt away. That’ll naturally raise your vibration and bring you the peace you want!
- Be kind to yourself. Just relax and be nicer to you. That’ll get you where you want to be far faster than anything else. And you’ll be enjoying your life experience so much more!
