A huge thanks to all the wonderful souls who made it along tonight! What a most fantastic end to the year. A truly leading edge goodness evening!

A few points from the session:

- It's ok to be in contrast. In fact, it's necessary to life- just make your peace with who you are and where you are. It's the closing of the gap which is where it's at! Breathe, relax and be sure to be kind to yourself!

- Surrender! Let go to the higher power and don't try to control everything. It's the trusting in the grand design that is what you want. The Universe can bring you your stuff way faster and better than you ever could trying to force things into place!

- Dilute the negativity! You can't choose your family but you can choose your friends. The more positive people you have in your life the less the negativity will be felt from the handful of downers!
