Thanks to all the gorgeous souls who came along tonight for such a wonderful evening. I love spending time with those who are eager and open to learning new stuff to help improve life!

A few exercises from the evening:

- Write down some goals for life! What do you want to achieve, what would you like to experience in the coming months and years. Start focusing on what you want and how you want life to be!

- Pick a large amount of money and spend it vibrationally- save, invest, spend, buy for others. Have fun with it and go there in your mind. See what feelings and thoughts get activated!

- Write a list of positive aspects about one thing, one person, one place and just activate all that you love about it. Do your best to feel as good as you can!
