How interesting! I was talking to a colleague of mine and they were telling me that someone they had spoken to was experiencing issues- nothing new there...
But what struck me most was something I don't think I've heard before, or at least much! They mentioned how they had the most wonderful childhood, even teenagehood thanks to their parents, but the shiz hit the fan when they were an adult. Because they had been so happy and well beinged in school and all those years growing up, it was quite a shock when they experienced the contrast of life when they were an adult- it really knocked them down because they had no idea how to deal with it!
Isn't that fascinating?! Most all of us go round at some point (or all the time!) lamenting about what we went through as children at school or with our parents and how tough it was (and it may very well have been!). But it all has value and has helped us be who we are. And in turn made us stronger.
I'm sure a lot of us wished we had purely happy childhoods but you know what- the grass ain't always greener. We are who we are and that is magnificent!
All is so very well. Be happy with who yo'self and what you've experienced. It's all part and parcel of what makes the individualness that is you! And you are wonderful!
It's all good!
Happy you-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
