The audience were going nuts over everything, the appreciation was high as a kite and no doubt, all the performers brought their best game to the table.
It got me thinking that it's interesting how we attach significance to these things. Had it been just a regular performance, I doubt it would have been as electrifying in all respects.
It reminded me of an old saying from a monk or such which, with words to the effect of- 'I enjoy this cup because it is already broken.' In other words, it could be the last time the cup is in its current form, so he does his best to appreciate it in the now.
Now although it's a little bit shortage consciousness. The fact that we have such appreciation of things when we know it's the last time, goes to reason, that we could appreciate all the things all the time, because of the way we view it.
So just do a little bit more to appreciate all the good things in your life as you never know- it could be the last time that it is in its current form. (All from a place of love though and not shortage!).
All is well!!!
Happy last-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
