For me, the ultimate, or one of the ultimate reasons for being here in this life is self mastery. That is to say that you are able to focus, to feel, to be in control of who you are emotionally. When you are a mastermind of your mind and have the ability to focus where you wish, that is true power.
Because you needn't be negatively affected by other people, external circumstances. Instead you have full power over yourself. You can see the best in situations, you are kind and loving to yourself. That is the ultimate of beingness!
It's a lifelong journey with self and it doesn't matter how short or how long it is. Just keep going!
